Delta Lloyds Insurance Company of Houston Texas ("Delta") and Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company ("Harleysville") have agreed to a transaction in which Harleysville will assume Delta's book of "Write Your Own" Flood business effective November 1, 2009. View samples of the letters sent to Delta agents and to policyholders.

Delta agents will experience no change to their agency codes, online passwords, commission schedule or month end accounting statement. Agents will continue to report flood claims directly to National Flood Services via website or telephone.

Delta General Agency Corp. will represent Harleysville in much the same way it represented Delta Lloyds by continuing to provide flood training, servicing and marketing support to agents.

When you log in to the Flood Website, www.nfsmt.com, screens and print outs will now show Harleysville.
